The objectives for the course is to help a doctor in effectively using HIS- EMR (Electronic Medical Record) to manage his/her day to day tasks including managing the outpatient list, documenting patient complaints, recording diagnosis, ordering investigations, prescribing medications, noting operation details, handling doctor referrals, tracking progress, analysing investigation results, maintaining medical records, and obtaining approval for brought drugs using HIS.
