Students will learn to handle approval requests, reimbursements, and auditing processes. They’ll be equipped to set rates/discounts for insurers, generate claims, and manage pending/settled claims efficiently. Additionally, they’ll gain expertise in co-payment/deductible settings and specialized features for regions like Dubai, including online approval with e-Authorization and e-settlements.
Course Outline
- Serve hospitals within cashless insurance networks and those providing patient reimbursement services.
- Manage approval requests, reimbursements, and auditing procedures.
- Features include setting rates/discounts for insurers, generating claims, tracking pending/settled claims, and managing rejected claims.
- Update claim status, maintain insurance receivables, and monitor resubmitted claims.
- Support co-payment/deductible settings and offer capabilities tailored to specific regions like Dubai.
- Provide online approval options with e-Authorization, e-settlements, insurance number validation, and data validation for health insurance cards
