Healthcare Inventory Management using Advanced HIS

The course objective is to equip participants with the necessary skills to proficiently      use HIS to      for hospital inventory management. Participants will learn to efficiently track supplies, set item costs and MRPs, barcode materials, evaluate suppliers, manage returns and requisitions, and handle financial transactions. The course aims to streamline the order-to-cash cycle, optimize inventory valuation, and accelerate store operations while minimizing errors and unnecessary stocking. By the end of the course, participants will be adept at leveraging      HIS features to enhance overall efficiency in managing both medical and non-medical inventory within hospital settings.
