The course objective is to comprehensively train participants in the management of surgical procedures, covering planning, scheduling, and documentation. Students will learn to block/book/cancel surgery theatres, handle requests for theatre items, and manage patient records efficiently. They will gain proficiency in searching for patients based on various criteria, monitoring theatre bookings, and generating reports. Additionally, participants will acquire skills in tracking theatre activities, recording material consumption, sterilization details, and postoperative charts, ensuring effective management of surgical operations.
